Two Dorset based office fit-out contractors complete large refurbishment for JP Morgan / Chase Manhattan Bank.

When one of the largest financial institutions and employers in Dorset wanted an office refit they nominated Bournemouth based Intereserve Retail and Interiors to complete their project.

Working for long-standing client Interserve Plc, Batchelor Electrical Ltd completed a phased installation over a 6 weekend programme to keep disruption to hundreds of office-based workers as minimal as possible.

The office fit-out covering approximately 1,400 square metres included power and minor lighting enhancements to over 300 workstations on the 1st floor of the Hampshire Building South.

The project utilised Electrack underfloor busbar with Rotorsoc tap-offs to supply each individual desk. This required no floor boxes for a tidy, quick install with less connections.
