Scottish Clothing retailer Crombie have embarked on a recent retail expansion throughout the UK and Batchelor Electrical were lucky enough to be involved with the new store fit-out at the new shopping development at Victoria Square, Belfast.
Working with main contractors Oakwood Shopfitting, Batchelor Electrical were involved with the total electrical fit-out which included:
- Installation of new lighting
- nstallation of new emergency lighting
- Installation of small power
- Installation of data
- Installation and commissioning of PA/VA fire alarm
Helping to redevelop Belfast city Centre, Victoria Square opened in March 2008. It has created over 800,000 sq ft of retail space at an estimated cost of £400 million.
With annual visitors expected of over 17.2 million this will put Victoria Square in the top ten shopping centres (based on footfall) within the UK.
